On-call service – if you experience odor issues from the biogas plant

Solrød Biogas has a hotline: +45 2510 5715

• The hotline phone goes directly to a control room, Vagtservice Danmark
• They record the name, address, time, wind direction/speed, and odor observation reported
• The control room immediately dispatches to the given address
• The odor inspector contacts, if possible, the person who observed the odor
• The odor inspector reports everything in a form
• The hotline person contacts the operations on-call service to inquire if there is any facility-related issue that might cause the odor
